Veteran's Day Art

Tomorrow is the Veteran's Day program in the gym at 2:30.  The kindergarten students made flags with colored paper.  We discussed veterans and Veteran's Day, but it is a difficult concept for them to understand.  The K-4 students have been practicing a song for the program tomorrow.  It is absolutely beautiful!  I got goosebumps and I was teary-eyed when I heard it.  You may want to plan on attending, if you can.  Bring your camera or phone, if you want to record it.  They are wonderful!
